I moved into Chadwick manor in October 2003 and i really had no idea what i was getting into. From the start everyone was really nice and helpful to get me in, but that was about it. About a month after getting all moved in, the roaches started swarming. I have a cat, and at some point he started ignoring them because there were so many around! THe final straw came when i was in bed one night and smacked a roach that was crawling across my face! I complained to the rental office and they blamed it on my cat. They didnt do anything officially until i made a complaint to the health department. 2 days after that they did a MEGA Extermination and i never saw another roach. Unfortunately by that time i had already gotten to the point that i was jumping every time something touched my arm or leg.

The kids in the warm months are a handful, fighting and throwing things and starting trouble. The police were around pretty frequently and after a few weeks the trouble makers just moved on.

By the time i moved out it was actually peaceful but, then again it was winter. Who knows what will come back out of hibernation when the weather warms. Parking was a problem because i was on a "courtyard" type apartment, where i didnt face a parking lot. So i pretty much had to compete with the people who did live on the lot. I got into a fight with one lady because as she claimed i "Parked in her spot, in front of her house". There is no assigned parking.
