I have been here almost 3 yrs, really can't complain that much. Even though the rent is very reasonable compared to others in the area, it goes up pretty substantially. Mice are a concern, but I believe it is from the neighbors. Maintenance is pretty reliable again compared to others. My home is on the same court as the rental office so it's very quiet. My only issue is that the home next to me has had 4 families in the time that I've been here. Each family has been foriegnors, like Chadwick has some type of special deal with the county or state. I also question the deal they have with Comcast. In order to get satelitte service, they mandate a million dollar rental insurance naming them as partial beneficiary. Totally ridiculous. Whatever the kick back from Comcast is, is for Chadwick, it is not for the resident. Rental office staff does have some professional issues that need to be resolved.
