Chadwick Manor Townhomes

Love It!!! From: cfields9 Date posted: 4/26/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I moved into Chadwick in December AND i LOVE IT...Kim, Tracy,and Nicola have always been very professional and nice to me..Maintenance has responded to every complaint, no matter how trivial, promptly and attentively..no matter the time I called.. I plan on staying here for as long as their service continues to be the BEST! My children have thrived at Chadwick Manor Elementary and go out to play..I have never had a run in with my neighbors and my court has little to no parking confusion. Some have said they have problem with mice, thankfully since I have been here I have never had an encounter...I did have an ant problem when the weather first broke. I called Kim on a Wednesday and my home was exterminated on that same Friday...I have read others with alot of disappointing things to say but I am happy with my home..and all of the people who have diligently help to maintain this level of care for me and my family..
