I've been living here with my fiance' for about 1 1/2 years... The maintance does respond quickly... The main problem is their extermination procedures. They do have some problems with mice but instead of them answering the call right away they tell you the exterminator will be out in two weeks because you just missed the last one... I would recommend Chadwick Manor to anyone that likes cats to help maintain the rodents!

I lived at Chadwick for 10 years. I know that things change, but since this new maintenance staff has come in, I am very unpleased. They do not respond when called, when they do come they give you poor attitude, and do not know what they are doing. I have had to call back several times to have the same problems repaired. I have to be home when the work is being done, or they will do a half ass job. I would not recommend anyone to Chadwhick and am looking forward to moving ASAP
