I've lived here for 6 years. During the first two years I had a problem with mice. I requested to get placed on the list for monthly extermination and haven't had a problem since.

The new management company offers to clean your carpet whereas the former wouldn't. It would help after 6 years to have carpet replaced.

I chose an ideal spot away from a lot of activity. I don't live near anyone with pets (well, indoor cats but I haven't seen dogs), and I personally do not have a pet. Its enough having the responsibility of maintaining my plants. Parking is not a problem and its a bi-racial community :-).

The units aren't very large. People come and go after a year due to the fact that they can't get large furniture up the staircase. I was lucky not to have that problem because I furnished the home after I moved in.

What I like most is that its minutes away from EVERYTHING; schools, malls, plazas, Walmart, shops, business centers, library, the beltway, Rte 29, 5-minutes from I-95, government agencies and the list goes on.

I give everything a thumbs up with the exception of space.
