I've been living there for 4yrs now in within those yrs I've seen ppl come and go. I've experience the rodent problem. And a difference in the type of ppl they are leasing to now. They are ignorant, unruly. rude, and not considerate of their neighbors. The tenants allow their under age children to run wild unsupervised by an adult and run wild all times the night. Recently, I was a victim of a break in. Some one or persons tried to break into to my place of residence. Management has not taking the proper steps into replacing my front door so that something like this doesnt happen again to my place of residence. So I am at the point where I leave my house at my own risk.. Management keep insisting that if I having rental assistance then if any property is damaged or stolen it would be covered and possibly be replaced, but I thought having a secure front door would be best' Maybe Im looking at it wrong, I guess if they were in this situation, wouldnt they want their door replaced so they can feel secure in their own home. Why pay rent to a place who doesnt care about their tenants safety, the only thing are worried about is getting their rent on the first of the month. The worst is that no one has came forth with any witnesses as of yet and I know someone had to see what happened. Skip this place if you have a choice. Do not settle for this development not unless u want to be unsecure, be subject loud rude ppl and annoying children all over the place.

I am in the same predicament is this tenant...I too have been here since 2005, and see the change in the neighborhood...I left my car door unlocked and someone took the liberty of searching through my car..little to their surprise it was nothing of value, yet they through all of my paperwork outside of the car...yes I should have locked my doors but before that was never really an issue. Now they have ROACHES...yes I repeat ROACHES...I have only seen 3 in the last year, but in all of the 4 years I have been here I never seen them until lately...I will be moving by next year, and I caution you don't move here..DON'T DO IT... The must allow anybody to move here now...ANYBODY!!!
