I moved into Rockdale Gardens February 3, 2006. Now, more than 10 months later, I am as proud of living there now as I was when I first moved in.

Parking: It CAN be a nightmare if you live on Korado or Otley courts. Because most residents tend to have at least two vehicles, it will be hard to park near your building. There are times when I have to park on the opposite end of the parking lot from my building or park on the main road (Yennar Lane) and walk to my building.

Noise Level: I have no problems hearing my neighbors. Yes, when I first moved in my neighbor across the hall from me wanted to play his music to the point where it was deafening, but after asking him to keep it down, he did. I can sometimes here my neighbors above me walking around, but it's not to the point where it disturbs me.

Grounds: Grass is always cut, bushes are always trimmed. Nothing spectacular about the landscaping...except for the big rocks on Flinn Court. (Thus, the name of the complex: Rockdale Gardens!)

Safety: I feel totally safe in my neighborhood. Lit parking lots, unobstructed walkways, no crime (to my knowledge), and the neighborhood has a perimeter fence around it, which is an added bonus.

Construction: Normal wear and tear for a building that's 30 years old. I have a couple of cracks in the baseboard in my kitchen and a small crack above my hall closet door that Maintenance had to fill.

Maintenance: Maintenance is wonderful! I've never had to wait more than 48 hours to have a ticket for service completed, and I've put in at least 6 tickets for service since I've moved in.

Office Staff: The office staff has only changed once. It would be nice to get to know them better, but they are always helpful, no matter who's in the office. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
