I enjoyed my stay a Rockdale Gardens. Just like any apartment complex you have some issues but they were all dealt with in a timely manner. When i first moved in my over-the-range microwave didn't work and the maintenance man came out and fixed it right away. My bathroom sink also started to leak and the maintenance man came out right away to fix it. I never had any bugs in my apartment (except for the water bugs that hangout on the front steps of my building). Tracy and her staff is helpful and approachable. I am moving out because i want to move back towards the towson area but if i ever consider living in windsor mill/ randallstown again i would stay in Rockdale Gardens.
