Nice size kitchens, but no help from maintenance and people in leasing center. When I first moved in the toilet was broke, and after 8 days of calling then, I finally got a plumber to fix it. The came 3 days after that. Had to light the stove with a lighter (very dangerous with 2 year old baby girl) Air conditioner broke 3 times in summer. Never got a storage unit. Other problems as well, but minor.

I don't know who you dealt with, but the staff are very friendly, and maintenance is always on top of things. With the stove, you're gonna run into that problem with any gas range, no matter where you live... Pilot lights go out all the time - it's normal. And as for the storage unit, they're spraypainted with your apt. number, and it's up to you to put a lock on it. So you're free to put what you want in there anytime.

When I moved in the apt, the unit was already occupied. The leasing agent advise me not to empty it myself. They sent a letter, but no one cleared it out. Still they told me not to empty it myself. After 8 straight months of calling and getting the run around, I gave up and moved! You are right, the leasing agents are nice they just don't respond in a timely manner. But happy to hear that it is working out nicely for you!!
