I have lived at Security Park for 5 months now and overall my experience has been a good one. There are only 8 apartments in my building so I don't have a lot of neighbors to interact with. However, the neighbors I have aren't the friendliest. The lady next to me is very nosey and reports everyone to the leasing office. I never thought I'd say a community could be too quiet but the only noise I ever hear are the children downstairs and that is only on occassion. As far as maitenence my shower is LOUD, it took 2 weeks for my leaky toilet to be fixed and I am still waiting for my microwave to be replaced. So if you want to move to a quiet community where everyone goes to bed early and maitenance sucks, SECURITY PARK IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!

While I do agree that this community is a very quiet and peaceful area (HUGE plus for me), I've never had any problems with maintenance. The few times I've needed something fixed, they've taken care of it within 3 days of calling it in.
