Look Elsewhere I have lived here a long time and it used to be a nice community/development to live in. Not anymore. The rent used to increase yearly anywhere from $10 - $25, reasonable. Last year it went up $50. Even that would be okay if maintenance would fix things/replace worn out

I am unhappy because i pay my rent on time and every time I renew my lease the amount of increase is outrageous. I think when you get a good tenant who pays rent on time you should encourage them to stay not hike up the rent. Unbelievable.
