What can anyone say about this place' If you've moved out of a trailerpark, you MIGHT like this place, doubtful, but you might. The manager is not helpful, rude, obnoxious, blameless and a general nightmare to deal with. The apartment I stayed in was dark, falling apart, very noisy (well the neighbors are). If you want value for money, look somewhere else, this is not for you.

Every tenant is treated badly, well the ones I spoke to. The apartment is not your home, you are made very aware of that early, it's her way or move out. Parking is abysmal, cars get towed (make sure you're not on nightshift, when you wake up during a snowstorm, expect to pay $75 to get your car back). Dumpsters are used by all the residents of Auburn, not just the apartments, trash is always on the ground, dumpsters like to empty at about 6am.... wait til you hear the noise they make!!! Grounds look awful, children's play is hahahaha... that made me laugh there. To be honest I wasnt sure if i wanted to respond to this, some things I wasnt there to comment on nor do I know what the problem was exactly and you get one side of the situation. AMA is under new managment and this is they way I look at it, its your home but there are people all around you. So there are some basic community codes of conduct that we have for example there are no parties and we have quite time after 8pm. In order to make the apartment your home you can paint it BUT we have to approve of the colors first and you would have to sign a form that states that we both understand that if its not painted back to the original state at move out you could be charged for it. I get asked why that is a lot and to me its simple, the color they chose my not be as well recieved by the new tenant after you, we choose the typical neutral colors. During the winter yes we tow cars, only after we honk, knock on doors and call. We also offer to move peoples cars for them if its needed. We have a lot of open area for children to play in, and ducks to feed. We do not have a playground so far, it is however on my agenda hopefully for 09.
