I lived there for a year. I used to visit a friend who lived there ...it was a nice place. But in the year I lived there I could see it going down hill. Management is never on site and will not return calls. Hot water used to go out every few days. And they keep increasing the rent to cover "costs". Cost of what' Doors to front deck had massive air leaks. Was never really warm in winter becasue of that.

I cant comment on this posting because I wasnt there, but I can say that AMA is under new managment since 7/07, new hours were started 830am to 5pm m-f and weekends by appointment. Are we always there at these time? No, I can be called to a persons apartment, out buying parts or a bunch of others things but I am ALWAYS available by cell phone and we do have 24 hour maintenance. If there are air leaks I want to know about them for the tenants comfort and cost reasons, but more importantly its just the right thing to do.
