We have lived here for quite some time,the management is very nice,and if something goes wrong,it is fixed in a timely fashion.The maintenance people are also very nice and do very good work.We also like the policy that no foolishness is tolerated.

The new manager of the property has done a lot to improve the property, apartments, and the management of the property. The property grounds are being improved with new landscaping and ways to build community with picnic tables, outdoor grill, and will be working on a playground area. The older apartments are being upgraded, maintenance is not just repairing things but replacing them. New policies on moving in and out by using a condition report filled out by the tenant when they move in so that everything is noted to the tenants satisfaction, move outs are done with tenants so they can correct anything that is found, and a condition report is signed by them at move it so there are no "suprises". Management hours were extended, maintenance requests are handled by a maintenance company and response is no more then 72hours depending on the problem. (ie water leak vs. screw loose)
