I lived in 3 different apartments between 10/2001 and 4/2008 and found all three to be good to excellent shape. Originally at 15 Plummer; the apartment and management (Valerie) was excellent. Later ( 6/2006 - 9/2007)at 9 Aron Dr. the apartment had just been upgraded; again the apartment and Management (Valerie)were excellent. Lastly at 18 Plummer (9/2007 - 4/2008) this apartmernt was older and had not yet been upgraded. The only issue was the windows which were single pane and had to be covered with plastic to keep out the winter cold otherwise the apartment was in good shape and again the "New" management was OK. problems were handled expeditiously. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. Renters need to remember that these are apartments not free standing homes, some noise and inconvienence is to be expected.
