It is nicely landscaped, a quiet area, although there are kids playing around, they are in now way a problem and they are fun to watch. Where is the manager? We moved in 2 months ago and the only time we met the manager is the day we signed the lease. We have yet to see her in the office since then, we leave messages on the office phone with no call back, we leave messages on her cell phone with no call back.

nice and best manager anyone could ever deal with I think these apartments are wonderful. I have lived in ones like these in lisbon and they were dumps and the management was a joke, when i saw this one i was so excited to move in. The manager lives right here and she is the best manager anyone

Nice Place to Live Management has changed and much better, Nice and quiet. Well mantained grounds and buildings. Manager very nice and listens to the complaints and fixes them. Would recomment to anyone.

Darn Nice Place To Live We have lived here for quite some time,the management is very nice,and if something goes wrong,it is fixed in a timely fashion.The maintenance people are also very nice and do very good work.We also like the policy that no foolishness is tolerated.

ok but getting trashy I lived there for a year. I used to visit a friend who lived there ...it was a nice place. But in the year I lived there I could see it going down hill. Management is never on site and will not return calls. Hot water used to go out every few days. And they keep

terrible management. Would no recommend it at all. Management could care less about the tennants, and the facilities are in terriblr condition. Our downstairs neighbor has lived i their "Luxury unit" for approx 13 years with the same old paint and water damaged carpet that was there prior to them

Its alright depending on your lifestyle Living here was alright because it was close to everywhere, you´ll ever need to shop, and lots of different delivery options,and nice units, but very expensive for being so small, and maintenence is a little slow, and no place for the kids! Also parking

Slumlords I just moved in and my sink already leaks...Ugh!!! It is always wet under my sink and now I have mold growing. The only time i have seen the manager is when she took my money to move in and sign the lease. The rest of the time there is a ditzie blonde who has no clue who can stop saying
