unfortunatly, we did not get the chance to experience the joy of living there.
A few collge kids looking for an apartment came to Foreside Estates, we dealt with a woman who told us we were not allowed to see the apartment due to the current tenant situtation. We agreed that that was okay and had set things up to move in. I had called to ask to see a copy of the lease to make sure we read and understood before moving everything in. She refused to show us the lease until we were there with our boxes ready to move in. needless to say. we decided to look else where. I am sure it's a nice place to live, but I can imagine dealing with the staff wouldn't have been fun.PLEASE IGNORE THE RATING for the parking, etc.

You can hear your everything and I mean everything your neighbor does. Older people are afraid to ask to have things repaired. It is not a friendly place and the building are constructed poorly. There is so much outdoor noise that you cannot get proper rest. It may look nice in the photos but it is not. The photo is fake with the garden patio look. We are not allowed to put anything pretty in our halls or outside of the entry way. They do not shovel in the winter which is a safety issue. Don;t move here unless you are gone all day and don't care to sleep at night.
