The rent is kind of high but it's par for the area. Most of the people are friendly. Office staff and maintenance are great!

The fitness center is nothing to write home about but if you want to go to a real fitness center Portland Atheletic Club is practically at the end of the driveway.

The only concern I have about these apartments is the firewalls. A lot of the apartments have holes cut in the attic firewalls to run cable and other wires through or have no fire walls at all. There was a fire here recently but the fire dept. did a great job containing it to 2 rooms and kept it from spreading.

But other than that this is a good place to live. I would recommend Foreside Estates to anyone.

This place is terrible to live in. You can hear everything your neighbors from sneezing to using the toilet. There is major construction everyday. The price is outrageous. There is no privacy whatsoever. The painting job in the hall is atrocious. The carports look very shabby and ice forms in ways that one can't get their car in the carport. Most people hit the cement pools driving their cars into the carports. The pool is freezing cold from June till Aug. You can hear 295 all night since the town eliminated so many beautiful trees. The porches on the 2nd floor apts have no privacy and the wall is so high one cannot sit and see anything except rotting wood and chipping paint. It may be in Falmouth but it is not insulated or cared for properly.

I wrote this original review and I have to say since the new people took over this place has gone downhill fast. You can't store anything at all in the carports anymore, not even during the winter yet they jack the rent up at least $25-$50 or more every year. Buy a house, it's cheaper.
