My wife and I currently live in one of the townhouses and are paying $1545 a month after pet fees. We have had all maintanance issues quickly taken care of and the office staff has always been friendly. The car ports are very nice in the winter and the overall atmosphere is very quiet and friendly, with a great location close to Portland. The apartment is very large at 1250 sq. feet, the only thing I would caution people on is the price, which as stated is very high and likely to go up every year.

My girlfriend and I have lived here for 10 months and we are paying $1350 a month for a townhouse icluding the pet fees. Our maintenance issues have not been handled very well at all. Last spring when the ice on the roof melted, it created a leak over our backdoor, a constant stream of water filled up bucket after bucket, and maintenance did nothing about it for 4 days, and when they did, all he did was look at it. I had to call back after two weeks to nothing but a strip of paint slapped over it. Our sink clogged up, and the maintenance man asked my girlfriend to use our toilet plunger! And the walls between us and our neighbors are so thin that we can hear them roll over in bed at night. Our first neighbor had a brand new baby that you could hear every time she cried. And our new neighbors have kids that we can hear fighting, yet I go to the mail the other day and get a letter that says I have been written up for our first noise complaint... And this was after receiving a letter from my new neighbor asking me to move my bed to a different part of my own master bedroom because they can here the springs in my bed!!! And the best part is we, own a Tempur Pedic bed... THEY DON'T HAVE SPRINGS... We can't wait to move out of this place. My advice is don't move here unless you don't plan on making love to your girlfriend or your wife... And you don't mind being threatened of breaching your lease because you make to much noise in your BEDROOM!
