I lived here for a few months overall the atmosphere was very friendly. There were two middle-aged female managers who arranged social get-togethers such as barbeques, ice cream socials, and other events. We were assigned 2 parking spaces and there was quite a bit of guest parking. Parking was not an issue at all. The apartment itself was semi-spacious and had a fresh coat of paint. However, the walls were paper-thin and the shower head needed to be replaced because it resembled a tin can with holes in it. For a little over $800.00 dollars a month, this apartment complex is not the best place to live.
