Rip Off Estates The rent for the 742 square foot 1 bedroom apartment has increased from $725 (March 2004) to $1025 (Present). No reason anyone should be paying that much. The rent prices here are out of control.

Don't live here My apartment was recently vandalized at Foreside Estates. The office personnel admitted that access to the apartments through the sliders via the easy to get to fire escape/walkways is, a concern. Someone walked into my apartment and took valuable items and walked out

Don't live here I lived here for two years. It was a negative experience. There are things about the place that are nice, namely the pool. Also, the apartments are spacious. And the carports are good news during the harsh Maine winters.
