Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
I would suggest that college students find else where to live. There are charges for everything. Water and electic charges for going over the low limit. Shouldn't they take that into consideration for these kids that renting their facilities' Why don't they set the limit for normal usages for each person...Don't rent here. It isn't the deal you think you are getting.
