I have lived here at Orchard Trails and also worked there. I am more than aware of how everything at the facilities is ran. If you were to ask me about living here I would tell you about the pros and cons of living here. Orchard Trails is about as close as you can get to the University of Maine without actually living on the University. Having a washer and dyer in each apartment is a plus as well. The cons are quite extensive.... From being able to hear every noise form every neighbor inside and out of the building. To the way management deals with residents. While working, at Orchard Trails, I noticed over and over again management disrespecting almost every resident that walked into the office. Rather it was making of fun of them or deliberatively being cold and unhelpful. Parking at Orchard Trails is an absolute nightmare, there is one for one parking which means that for everyone that lives there there is only one parking spot for them. They will tell you that there is guest parking, which there is, but it is only close to a couple buildings and for the rest it is a five minute walk. If you plan on having any visitors they will have to park there to avoid being towed, that is always fun for the majority of the winter that you will live there. I have personally never felt more disrespected than I have during my time of living and working here. If you have any questions at all, I will be more than willingly answer them.
