If you are thinking about living at Orchard Trails, it is the worst idea ever!!! Ya the apt may look new and everything is included but it is so expensive, the rules are dumb, and they are just trying to get you out of your money. Think about it there are 4 people per apt and each pay $495 per month now, thats almost $2,000 per month, for that little apt! The bedrooms are smaller than dorm rooms and there is absolutely no storage, except under your bed. The parking situation is also horrible, they do not have enough parking spaces. The rules are also dumb they even have security around on thursday, friday, and saturday busting parties. They also don't care about the people, all they want is money. The is no way for any reason that you can get out of your lease! I lived with 2 of the worst roommates ever and it was causing me serious medical problems and they would not let me out of my lease. I ended up moving out while still paying. They informed me if I didn't pay, they would send it to a collections agency. The only way they would let me out of the lease is to find someone else AND pay a $350 transfer fee. I don't know what they need to $350 for but they need it. Also the ONLY way I could find someone to move into my apt was the pay some of her rent. Bottom line is don't live at Orchard Trails!

I would have to say that I absolutely agree on not living in this incidious place... it not only festers abusive roommate relations, but it also ignores the medical needs and importance of their tenants...I am greatly disgusted!!!!!!

What I can say is that no matter what you are experiencing with living with other roommates, even if the atmosphere is ditremental to your health you will have no empathy or understanding. It is all about money for them!!The bullies are enabled 100%..so if you are not a bully and cannot be selfish and mean, this is not a place for you. You will not be supported for being kind and caring.You will not be supported for being a respectable human being....remember for Orchard Trails it is all about money and greed,they do not care one bit about you....just your money...no matter how hard you try to find a replacement when you have to leave...there is no empathy or understanding!!! The bullyes win everytime!!! to your health
