Unfortunately, I am going into my 3rd year living here. I am only living here because my parents don't want me living anywhere beside Orchard Trails if I'm going to be living off-campus. (IDK why... they are having to pay LOTS more having me live here). Orchard Trails might have a lot of cool features but this place is NOT convenient & beyond rude to their tenants.
-You have to move out for TWO WEEKS in August before school starts to let them "clean". (& you still have to pay the whole months rent)
-They charge you outrageous charges (We got charged $65 for moving our nightstand from our bedroom to the living room).
-The apartment buildings will smell AWFUL for weeks before maintenance or anyone will come in and clean.
-The apartments are made very cheaply (siding falls off of the tables, etc.) & you are charged for it.
-Towing your car... my friend was visiting for one hour on a Thursday night and when he went outside his car was towed. Visitor's parking is not even close to buildings 1,2 & 3.

Just take it from me... you will NOT be happy living in Orchard Trails! :)
