Stillwater is disgusting - I just ended my lease with Stillwater Apartments because my apartment burned down. They literally gave me 3 days to gather the salvageable belongings and get out. This is how they treat the residence that just lost everything, just imagine how they'll treat you when you don't have major issues with the way they conduct their business. DON'T RENT Way too expensive for what you get and they will expect even more money when you move out--for nothing! Then if you refuse to pay they send you to a credit agency. You are held over a barrel until you pay and they know that.

Parents of students! If you are a parent of a college student, please do not make the mistake of sending your child to Orchard Trails. Apparently, they are not very discriminatory about the quality of people with whom they lease. I did not find them sympathetic to the problems this caused

Added fees Think hard before you rent from Orchard Trails.....Hidden fees to move out...Cleaning charges even if there are still people living in the apartment......They don't come in and clean when one person moves out.......They just look for ways to get extra fees from these college
