This is the ONLY apartment building in Portland where you can watch the sun rise over ships gliding across the horizon and workout 24/7 on treadmills, bikes and with weights. The daily paper is delivered to your apartment door and you are only a few blocks from cuisines ranging from Ethiopian to Mexican and Thai. The lobby and other public areas are spotless. The only problem? Living here is so good I dread when my job entails another move!
