This was a good choice for us. We have kids so we didn't want to live downtown. It is in a quiet area but it is very convenient to the peninsula and the bay. Nice fitness center and pool. Good neighbors that kept to themselves. W/D was on our floor. Good parking. Grounds are nice. We had to get out of our lease early and the management was very helpful and professional about helping us find someone to take over our lease.

We highly recommend Princeton Pines.
