We have been here for a year and a half, and it's been pretty good. It's a little pricey, and you have to fight Forest Ave. Traffic to get anywhere, but it is clean and quiet. The neighbors are good, and there haven't really been any loud parties. There have been a few occasions where dealing with the office staff has been slow going, but they always seem polite and courteous.
