Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
lived in an apt w/ gary sidelingers agency - upon moving out he tried to charge me for all new painting due to candle burning - when i told him i never did burn candles he said they made a mistake and the apt had never been painted in the 1st place - he will try to charge you for expenses upon moving out. also never returned my security deposit - upon researching whether to file a cliam it was shown he has many claims against him
