I have lived in one of gary sidelinger's apartments for a while now. I would not recommend them to anyone. Yes, the rent is cheap, but so are the apartments. As far as I am concerned he is a slum lord. The apartments themselves are okay, but the hallways and outside are a mess! He doesn't want to put any money into the outside of the buildings or grounds. There are toys and junk all over the yard.
