I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.....run, run as fast as you can. Gary comes across as being nice and makes you think he'll do certain things, but after you get into the apartment, he does NOTHING! You have to wait for days/weeks for maintenance to get things done and then they are done properly. He tried to keep my deposit but I fought with him and won (tried to tell me that I needed to pay for paint on walls because of candle residue). I explained I don't use candles. When I talked to his office staff regarding issues they were abrupt and very rude! Not the most intelligent people to deal with.
