The truth is I work for Equity and it is one of the better management companies. this person wrote the same review about all our properties. did they live at all of them?... take a look and see for yourself

Pretty sure the tenants at #16 were cooking meth. The ammonia-like cat urine wet diaper odors lead me to believe this. Try to avoid this unit, who knows what toxic treasures are lurking in the carpet, drywall, insulation, backyard.

If those past two comments do actually work for equity and are posting comments like this about past tenants, they just show the lack of class and the unprofessional people working for this company and reiterate what these people have just said. Well done equity employees I???m glad I found this and read it before, so as not to waist my time looking at an apartment by these people if this is what goes on. I'll look else where just to avoid employee behavior like this.
