Appliances are old and maintainence hates to replace them. The hot water heater is crazy expensive even after being replaced- expect a CMP bill of at least $90/mo to as much as $130 in the summer. It is hard to cool the living room in the summer with the big door b/c there is no window for an a/c. Not a lot of cabinet or counter space. Small bathroom. Lots of closet space. Not enough close parking, especially with children. I have asked them to replace the handle in the stairwell b/c it is unsafe and it still has not been done yet. Alot of inconsiderate neighbors/loud car/loud music- not great for kids. not a lot of play area.

Very confusing why your CMP bill would be higher in Summer if you don't have A/C? I have friends who have lived there and only wish I had as much cupboard and counter spaced, it is very well designed kitchen
