I moved into a 2 bedroom apartment in April and have been happy ever since! I live in building 15 which is the closest to the airport, so I do hear the jets taking off and landing - This kind of noise doesn't bother me and since Portland isn't the busiest airport it's easy to deal with. I have never had trouble finding a parking spot close to my building, and there's always a bunch of visiters spots open for when I have my friends over.
The pool is heated and never crowded! Also, the grounds are gorgeous!
The appliances in the apartment may be a little dated - but for $800 for a 2 bedroom I don't expect whirlpools ;-) Also, anytime I've had a problem and called the office to have it fixed, maintenance has been there the next day and takes care of it.
The laundry room is really clean and there are a bunch of washers and dryers, and the price isn't tooooo bad. My only request would be to have the laundry room open 24-7. I don't work traditional 9-5 hours and sometimes its hard to get to the laundry room before it closes!

Hey, I heard the laundry room is 24hrs. now, not sure though. It used to be open to only 9pm but now it's later.
