Tony From: tonywanda Date posted: 4/22/2008 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2008   The apartment is really good with no good Laundry facility. They replaced the laundry recently and still the bad smell comes after washing. Laundry is expensive. The Laundry is not near by and it is in the office. Other thing is the Manager Cathy is very hard lady and she will not understand our problem. But the person who does the actual job is really good and he will do whatever it takes. He also was given a appreciation award after lot of peoples inside the apartment nominated him. Our great Bill. The utensils are old and they will not be replaced for any time sooner. Most of the apartments in Portland, Maine are not good.
