This place is the best place to live in south portland. although a bit expensive the apartments are extremely in good condition. the maintenance is quick, staff are co-operative. very clean and no problems at all. I feel you get everything for the price paid for. highly recommended.

This is an excellent apartment complex. I moved from out of the area, and looked online and found this place. The apartments are expensive, you have to pay all your utilities, but you are paying to stay out of the sketchy areas, which is a lot of Portland/South Portland. The appliances are new and very efficient, central a/c, secure buildings, neighbors seem to be pretty good. Parking can be an issue if coming in late at night, but nothing major. I would seriously recommend this place. I am very picky about where I live and do not like living at any sort of aged or run down area. You get what you pay for, and this place you do get a lot. The office is open 7 days a week, maintenance is very quick and courteous, and apartments are essentially brand new. If you can afford it, don't look elsewhere, 100% honest.
