This complex is a joke. They are very untruthful. The apartments are NOT insulated, freezing cold in winter. I'm paying off my heating bill, natural gas, $700 fom December through February!(I kept it on 68). Parking spaces are so close you can't get in your car. They charge you for water, billing not from the city, some other company. They don't charge you for your apartment but you split the bill between all other tennants! Rip off plain and simple. They sue you when you move out and I was a 100% perfect tennant. Laundry room always full, couldn't get in to do laundry and the cards never worked half the time. They charge way too much for a dinky one bedroom. Just cuz they don't have a security deposit, don't worry. Most landlords will work with you to pay one.

I agree, I lived with them last year! Horrible apartment. You can find more space for the money if you just look.

I also live here on Margaret St. For 2 years have dealt with this hell because couldn't afford to move out!! Got so backed up on other bills.
The new company that took over is a POS landlord. We were going to break the lease because we were moving for job purposes and they said we couldn't do it or we would be taken to court. So turned down a good job for this ----. Then come to find out on their own website it does say you CAN break lease if you pay the fee. LIARS. You DONT want to RENT with PORT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. Funny as soon as they took over there were over 20 vacant apartments. What does that tell you?
