My wife and I have lived here for 5 years. The buildings are 30 years old, but well maintained. There are several nationalities here, but people are friendly. Managment works quickly to resolve problems, and they WILL evict trouble makers. There are the typical noises found in any apartment complex, but it is not out of control. Apts are larger than average. Windows are a bit drafty, but heat is included in rent so who cares. Hot water and sewage are also included. Location is the best factor. The Maine Mall, Airport, Groceries, Gas stations, I-295, I-95, are all within 1 mile!! Very convienient location. We are only moving because my wife is being relocated by the military. Check this place out.
