This place went down hill in the two years I lived here from 2005-2007. The hallways are dirty, smelly, and gross. Shady people hang outside the entryway smoking cigarettes and staring people down. Low level cliental live in the basement, which has two washers and dryers that are on their way out. Bed bugs are a HUGE issue as another poster mentioned. Be warned, they will sugar coat how big the problem is. This was a nightmare to live through.
