Not so bad,but have to say .......

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Lots of bugs.Can't keep any food items in the kitchen closet at all.Tried using lots of bug sprays,but they keep coming again and again.Also,the refrigerator and the microwave are outdated and damaged.But,the neighborhood is good and quiet.Also, the maintenance department is quite good;they come as soon as we call them.
