The staff are filthy, shameless sales people
they will lie to you about deposits, hidden fees for animals some make no sense at all 50 dollar pet rent for dogs even though you put down 250 as a deposit, refuse to explain. rent goes way up for any extras, ie washer dryer or shack. they will promise improvements and be helpful at first but once youve given them a fortune do not expect any more help or the promises to come true
Plows leave feet of snow at the end of driveways despite keeping you up all night
No utilities included and little to no insulation (you can wave at your neighbors through the closed door jam)
Despite being a nice neighborhood, expect dirty looks from locals when you tell them were you live. This area is concidered low class and crime-ridden despite costing more than any other apartments in the area.
No Closet space! my coats are scattered around the apartment and shoes and boots lay around stinking up the place.
Found a dead mouse next to my computer mouse.
Just can not get over how much the staff comes off as they are the customer not you despite spending more then most morgage payments on a place youll never own.
