I grew up in a beautiful Portland neighborhood, with great upbringing. I now am a mother of a teenager, and both my husband and I have always worked full time. We have lived in Redbank for 13 years, and This community is no different from any other apartment living. Unless it is extremely small. I see just as many police officers called to the suburbs and "upper class" areas. You buy your "dream home" and find out at a later season, that the basement floods, and mold grows in your bathroom, the APR, IS NOT FIXED! Here, they have a reliable crew who responds appropriatly to all apartment issues, the staff is great and has been helpful whenever i have met with them. Those who have bad experiences here have probably been and will forever be unreasonable. And expect everything in life to be perfect! They work very hard to keep the area clean, and have invested so much to make it look like an COMMUNITY! There are people who shouldn't be allowed to live in any neighborhood, but, if they end up being a consistant problem, they will be evicted!
For any single parent or people who make an honest hard working living, but their pay does not make it possible to have the perfect place to live, this is a wonderful place!!!! Try it out!
