I have been living here 6 years and since port property bought it it keeps on getting better - When I first moved here the apartments cost a lot to heat and the parking spots were all messed up. When port property bought these buildings they started renovating most of the apartments (the put a new fridge and stove in my place) and they opened an office here full time so that I can just walk down to the office when ever I have a problem.
