I have been living here for four months and I really enjoy the peace and quiet - the privacy. I have been a home owner all of my life and I am enjoying the maintainence free living of apartment life. The maintainence calls are always handled promptly. The only complaint so far is the pool area - its a bit run down and the new rule is that no one can use the bathrooms while at the pool. I think that the pool area is a great feature and attraction at this complex it could be made to be very enjoyable and inviting for tenants and their families/guests. With minimal effort this pool area could be a main attraction. I hope they make the needed repairs & additions to this area of life at Orchard Park.
