I have just started living here but so far everything has been great! The personal helping us has been terrific and our apartment is great. Super Clean. New Carpets and Windows. An awesome dishwasher. Washer/Dryer hookups. Never heard a neighbor yet. Plenty of telephone/cable hookups and a great pool. And as for security - there is a security door to get into the building where you have to buzzed in and then our door came with a regular lock, a dead bolt lock, and an inside latch lock (like in hotels) which when locked from the inside no one can enter from outside. I would totally recommend. If my situation changes I will update.

New update as of 6/17/04 - After being here a few years I have a better idea of this place. It still is very secure, clean, no real problems with appliances. Maintenance is a little bit of a problem. (Not sure why they cut the lawn on early weekend days and not during the week when everyone is at work')
As for noise - there is quite a bit. The College Buildings are very loud. Most of the kids like to hang out at the swing sets late into the night and yell and party. Nothing gets done about this. When we first moved in...we had great neighbors, the ones who rent next door now are very loud. I am actually writing this a 7am because his music woke me up.
Our rent has gone up from 585.00 to 615.00 after 3 years which I find more than reasonable.
Parking in our building is not really a problem. Other buildings do have cars out on the road at times.
Pest Control comes approx. once a month and they keep the hallways and grounds very clean. The overall layout is very good. We enjoy the pool in the summer, except right now is undergoing repairs ( and has been for a couple months) so right now it is unuseable. Management is a little picky sometimes and has been rude, but overall I would still recommend this property. We are moving out of state soon (Maine sux!!!!)so we were able to switch to a monthly lease for only a small increase in rent.
