Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
Nice spacious apartments, country setting, reasonably priced for the value. BUT two of the 11 buildings are now leased by a nearby college, and police/fire calls are frequent at all hours. Other apartments as well are rented to these uncivilized immature college students, and lately I've been awakened at 1:30 AM drunken parties, fireworks, and screaming in the parking lot. I'm moving shortly (buying a house) and the college kids are one (though not the main) reason.
