The apartments are old and are not kept up as well as they should be. Cabinets in kitchen, bathroom fixtures, showers, and carpets are old. Windows form ice in winter because they are old and have poor seals. Bugs present, hot water can be iffy. Coin-op laundry is old and always broken. Management office is somewhat unorganized, not counting price increases of $110 in 13 months.
