Rangeway East Apartments - Rangeway east is an ok place to live. It is usually quiet, but the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors tv or hear them talking. its just ok rangeway east if not a bad place to live--some tenants are noiser then others---if you are moving in-ask about noise cause the walls are relatively thin and base can be hear better from the apartment next door vrs the apartment the music is being played in. Parking is great/snow clean

Look elsewhere The apartments are old and are not kept up as well as they should be. Cabinets in kitchen, bathroom fixtures, showers, and carpets are old. Windows form ice in winter because they are old and have poor seals. Bugs present, hot water can be iffy. Coin-op laundry is old

Best Townhouse Apartments in Waterville What a wonderful apartment complex, grounds keep nice and clean- staff go above and beyond the calls of duty.
