the new owners spent a ton of money "fixing up" stephen eaton but they damaged a lot of things that werent broken and although the complex is now better in some ways it is also worse in some ways such as the new heat system which is terrible & the new laundry room is smaller and has less machines & the new appliances are junk. the management is..... well i wont comment on that.... the maintenance guy is nice but it takes waaaay too long to get things fixed
